The young elf is endearingly charming and easily makes friends despite being unable to properly communicate with them. She will stop and help a stranger if they ask or seem to need it. If someone appears to be lost in the woods she will be there to guide them accordingly or help them search for a food or water resource. Never will the elf bring someone to young animals nor nesting grounds. Rather she drives them away, an unappointed protector of the wilds. She honestly cares for any she comes across, be they humanoid, be they beast, Blysse gives it her all to better their situation. ...this is a fairytale, isn't it? She just seems so balanced and perhaps she is. Yet if one were to read further, to turn the page...would they hastily skim the contents of this graphic chapter, skip it entirely or close the book? Do not judge a book by it's cover. Her intentions are good but the road to overcome obstacles depends entirely on the situation at hand, on the others she must face. She has worked hard to maintain her relationship with her brother, her horse and nature. If anyone were to abuse those ties they will find the elf's arrow trained on them. This amaranth flower has had her stem snapped and her petals burnt to the point of no return. Blysse's arrows have fallen many. Both animals and people. Let's put that away for now and focus on the sweet chapters listed in the index. Jubilant, optimistic, naive, gullible, generous and resourceful...yes. We'll keep to these chapters and dismiss those darker tales. Blysse loves to be around people but scorns nobles above all else. Her mood easily sours around them and she will find any excuse to be rid of their presence, albeit inconspicuously. She doesn't much care for the technologies being built and shies from crowded buildings. Blysse easily gets along with complete strangers and tends to express herself more through actions (although she is forced to at this point after losing the ability to speak). The elf spends a good deal of her time out in the wilds, watching and waiting. Her mount is a white stag. | |
